Today was another very busy day. Pictures went off without a hitch and were even early this year. We played after pictures so students would stay clean and crisp. We completed our unit about friends. Tomorrow students will work on a formal writing assessment using the 6 Traits of Writing.
In math we began adding and subtracting 2 digit numbers using a tens/ones chart and using number bonds. They did great.
We are finished with the IOWA testing, except for a couple of make up tests. Back to a normal schedule.
It is now cool enough for students to eat in the ramada and play outside. Please continue to send in water bottles, they still get pretty thirsty.
