Today in religion we began talking about Moses and how he led the Chosen Poeple out of Egypt and how they wandered the desert for a long time. We began talking about the Ten Commandments.
Students also created a little door hangar that was from the story of David and Goliath.
In reading and writing we are working on sequencing and organization as one of the 6 Traits of Writing.
The story is nonfiction and is called "A Trip to the Emergency Room". We are discussing who works in a hospital and what they do.
In math we are continuing to work on addition with 2 and 3 digits with renaming. They still need some practice. Most know their basic addition and subtraction but some need more practice at home.
In social studies we are finishing up with American History.
