Today we began by talking about Baptism and God's grace. Students went to library today.
Then we had a spelling test and dictation test. Remember there are no words this week because of the long weekend.
Students then went for pictures and off to PE. After that they finished up some past work and practiced compound words along with other activities in their spelling books..
After lunch students worked with base ten blocks and mats as they practiced subtraction and some subtraction with regrouping.
For science we began our unit on the systems of the body starting with the respiratory system. We watched a short video and then there was an interactive activity on the Smartboard we used.
