What a great day to have water poured on my head for such a great cause! The teachers had such fun participating in the ALS ice bucket challenge. The school raised over $1600.00 for the John Paul II Medical Research Institute in Iowa.
In religion, we continued to discuss the Blessed Trinity.
In language, we worked on the endings -ed and -ing and doubling the final consonant to keep the vowel short.
Students went to PE and Music. Then there was courtyard prayer.
Please join the 2nd grade this Monday at 7:45 as they lead courtyard prayer.
They will lead Mass on Wednesday at 8:30.
Finally, they will lead courtyard prayer on Friday at 12:10.
Don't forget the School Supplies Drive! Bring in those supplies!
