Another very busy day in 2B. In language, students went to the library. We also reviewed command, exclamation, and questioning sentences, along with the ending marks for each kind of sentence. Students practiced oral reading fluency with me in small groups. They created a project where they wrote about themselves.
In religion, students took the quiz on the Blessed Trinity. Tomorrow we will be making the posters for the supplies drive next week.
In math, we reviewed place value, along with the three different ways to write numbers. i.e. standard form, expanded form, and word form. Those who finished early we treated to a dot-to-dot counting page.
In social studies, we reviewed some different terms and we also reviewed different heads of our government.
